The McKale Ticket Office is located on the north side of Enke Drive, on the south end of McKale Memorial Center. A limited number of metered parking spaces are available in front of the ticket office on Enke Drive for customer use.
Disabled Patron Information: Wheelchair Seating is available at all ticketed venues. Persons with accessibility or special seating needs should contact the McKale Ticket Office for assistance with ticket purchases, and/or for more information.
Group Tickets: The University of Arizona offers group discounts to many UA Athletic events. For more information on prices and availability click here.
Payments: Payments are accepted from the account holder only. Payments made towards an account with a different name will not be accepted. Tax receipts are issued only to the account holder making the payment.
Account Holder: The account holder is the customer whose name appears on the first name line in our computer ticketing system.
Accepted Methods of Payment: Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express & E-Check (season tickets and donations only)
Transfer of Tickets: Season ticket renewal licenses may only be transferred in the circumstances outlined in the Transfer Policy or at the discretion of the Athletic Director. This policy will be reviewed on an annual basis, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Refunds: No refunds or exchanges on tickets will be permitted.

Account Information: Please help us to keep your account information current by providing your new address, or "Summer Address" (any address different from your permanent address where information and tickets should be mailed between May 1 and September 1). There is a $15 service charge for tickets returned due to a non-deliverable address.
- Your Customer Number and PIN are included on your renewal statements and can be used to access and update your account (including your permanent mailing address) online at www.arizonawildcats.com.
- Address changes can be made online, or indicated on your renewal statement and returned with your payment.
- Tickets are not deliverable to forwarded addresses. Please indicate if you have a Summer Address (any address different from your permanent address where information and tickets should be mailed between May 1 and Sept. 1).
Football Away Game Ticket Orders: The University of Arizona receives a limited number of tickets for away games. To request tickets for these games, please call the Athletics Ticket Office at (520) 621-2287. All tickets will be assigned based on the Wildcat Club priority point system. Tickets will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to each game. Only current season ticket holders or donors may order away game tickets.
Men's Basketball Away Game Ticket Orders: The University of Arizona receives a limited number of tickets for regular season away games. All tickets will be assigned based on the Wildcat Club priority point system. Requests must be received in the Wildcat Club by December 1. Tickets will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to each game. For information on ordering tickets, Wildcat Club members may call the McKale Ticket Office at (520) 621-2287. Only current season ticket holders or donors will receive away game ticket orders.
All Other Sports, Away Game Ticket Orders: Contact the host team's ticket office.
A-Club members receive a 15% discount off a maximum of two season tickets for Football (not including priority amount). To receive the ticket discount you must be a current A-Club member at the time of purchase. For more information visit the A-Club website or call (520) 621-9272. A-Club members get in free to all other sporting events except Men's Basketball.
UA Faculty and Staff receive a 15% discount off a maximum of two season tickets (not including priority amount). To receive the ticket discount you must be registered as a current UA Faculty and Staff member at the time of purchase.
Active Duty Military receive a 15% discount off a maximum of two season tickets (not including priority amount). To receive the ticket discount you must provide proof of active duty service. New season tickets purchases must be made in person at the McKale Ticket Office with an active duty I.D. Season ticket renewals may be done in person, or by mail with a photo copy of an active duty I.D.
