TUCSON – University of Arizona Wildcat women’s golf completed round one of the SDSU Farms Invitational on Sunday. Hosted by San Diego State and held at The Farms Golf Club in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., competition will take place Sun.-Tues., March 31-April 2. The Farms Golf Club is a par 72 over 6,202 yards.

No. 1 USC leads the team race with a 298 (+10). No. 45 UNLV sits in second place with a 302 (+14). No. 25 Texas and No. 31 Pepperdine share a tie for third place with scores of 303 (+15). No. 8 Arizona is in sixth place with a 306 (+18). No. 63 Hana Lee leads the individual race with a 70 (-2).

No. 33 sophomore Manon Gidali is leading the Wildcats in a tie for second place. She fired a round of 72 (E). Sophomore Andrea Vilarasau sits in a five-way tie for eighth place. She carded a first round of 74 (+2). No. 89 freshman Janie Jackson, sophomore Patricia Garcia and freshman Anna Kim share a seven-way tie for 46th place. The trio collected opening-round scores of 80 (+8).
