What did you accomplish at Arizona and as a GymCat?

When I was a GymCat, I was a four-time All-Conference and two-time All-American. I scored three perfect ten's on floor and beam and was named the Regional Gymnast of the Year in 2002. I served as a team co-captain and hold three school records. But most importantly, I learned valuable life lessons of never giving up, always applying your best effort and never letting the bumps in the road slow you down.?

What have you been up to since graduation?

My husband and I have three crazy, wonderful kids and live in Phoenix, Arizona. I've been helping out at local clubs with choreography and subbing. I'm also volunteering as an assistant coach Arizona! Outside of gymnastics I also sell residential real estate in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley for Russ Lyon Sotheby's with a group called The Team 4 Results.?

What are some of your favorite memories at Arizona and with the GymCats??

The best memories were the hit routines and running to your teammates with excitement and feeling your heart pounding with excitement!?

What advice would you give to current GymCat athletes?

1. Your time at Arizona is short, but your pride will be forever.

2. Never cut corners or take the easy way out.

3. Always strive for perfection and remember your team will always be there for you, so never forget go out of your way to make them feel good and build their confidence too.

4. Everyone walks away with a very special story that will bring you to tears when you tell your own kids one day.

5. Bear Down with pride, GymCats!
