TUCSON, Ariz. – Members of the University of Arizona volleyball teams traveled throughout the city of Tucson to deliver season tickets to many of their loyal fans on Monday evening.
The squad delivered tickets and spent time talking about the upcoming season with their fans. In addition, the student-athletes took photos and signed autographs for their dedicated supporters.
Fans will have the chance to see the Wildcats in action for the first time on Saturday for the annual Red-Blue Scrimmage. The event will begin at 2 p.m. inside McKale Center. Admission is free.
The Wildcats will open the 2013 campaign at home as they will host the Arizona Invitational. Arizona will host Morgan State, Central Arkansas and No. 20 Kansas for the two-day tournament. UA will open the event against Morgan State on Friday at 1:30 p.m. inside McKale Center.
