TUCSON, Ariz. – A trio of recent Arizona football graduates will play in upcoming college all-star games as they prepare for the 2014 NFL Draft. In 2013, the Wildcats and head coach Rich Rodriguez collected their second consecutive 8-5 record with an AdvoCare V100 Bowl win over Boston College and an upset of No. 5 Oregon.
Receiver/tight end Terrence Miller will play in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl on Jan. 18. Held at the StubHub Center on the campus of Cal State Dominguez Hills, the game will kick at 4 p.m. MT and will air on ESPN2. Miller will play for the American team and head coach Dennis Green.
Also on Jan. 18, cornerback Shaquille Richardson will play in the East-West Shrine Game. Held at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla., the game will kick at 2 p.m. MT and will air on NFL Network. Richardson will play for the West team and head coach Romeo Crennel.
Defensive lineman Tevin Hood will play in the College All-Star Bowl on Feb. 14.
