TUCSON, Ariz. – Members of the University of Arizona baseball team traveled throughout the city of Tucson to deliver season tickets to a handful of loyal fans on Monday evening.
The club delivered tickets and spent time talking about the upcoming season with its fans. In addition, the student-athletes took photos and signed autographs for their dedicated supporters.
With the start of the season less than two weeks away, general admission season tickets remain on sale starting as low as $115 for adults and $100 for seniors/youth. Reserved season tickets have sold out.
Single-game tickets are available for all 37 home dates at Hi Corbett Field. General admission single-game tickets start at $8 for adults and $5 for seniors/youth. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance as tickets purchased the day of the game are $2 more.
Print-at-Home is the quickest and recommended method of ticket delivery. When fans purchase single game tickets online or over the phone, they can choose print-at-home and the tickets will be emailed directly to the customer. Tickets can be printed on a home printer and bought straight to the entrance gate to skip any ticket lines.
Mini-plans give fans the opportunity to purchase any seven home games in a single package (excludes the Arizona State series). Each mini-plan offers a savings over the purchase of single-game tickets for the same number of games.
The McKale Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in-person or by phone (520-621-2287). Tickets can be purchased anytime on www.arizonawildcats.com.
Arizona opens its season on Friday, Feb. 14, to start a three-game series against Kent State. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. (MST). The Golden Flashes participated in the 2012 College World Series, when Arizona captured its fourth national championship.
