Arizona women’s tennis earned five Pac-12 honors, the conference announced on Thursday.

Senior Lacey Smyth was named to the All-Pac-12 Second Team. This was the third-consecutive time Smyth earned a spot on the All-Pac-12 list, as she was named All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention her sophomore and junior years.

Smyth also led the way on the Pac-12 All-Academic list after garnering First Team honors. She finished with a 3.79 GPA and earned a degree in elementary education.

Seniors Susan Mc Rann and Kim Stubbe received All-Academic Second Team honors, while junior Laura Oldham was named All-Academic Honorable Mention.

Mc Rann finished with a 3.65 GPA and a degree in accounting, while Stubbe finished with a 3.71 GPA and a degree in psychology.

All four players were all named to the All-Academic list in 2013. For Smyth, Mc Rann and Stubbe, it was their third-consecutive honor.

“We are delighted to be represented in the all-conference academic and athletic awards again this year,” Arizona head coach Vicky Maes said. “We take great pride in performing at our best both on and off the court.  These awards reflect how much hard work our players put in every day and I believe the recognition is well-deserved.”
