TUCSON, Ariz. – Questions and answers with freshman Hannah Stevens from Ahwatukee, Ariz.

Why did you decide to come to Arizona?

"It's close to home. When I came to visit I could tell that the program was very solid and the girls were all very nice. It seemed like a good program for me to come to and join."

 

What do you hope to bring to the team?

"I hope to help in the midfield to defend and protect our back line.”

 

What is your most memorable moment of the season so far?

"Beating Hawaii was a big milestone for the team considering where we started with the new staff."

 

What was your first impression of Coach Amato?

"When I first met him I was impressed with how nice he was and I knew that he was going to be a great coach based on what I heard in the past.

Do you have any game day rituals?

“Not really, I just get myself ready for the game mentally.”

Season tickets for the 2013 campaign are still available with at a rate of $50, including admission for all nine home games. Discounts on season tickets are available for any Arizona faculty/staff, active military, seniors (55+) and youth. Groups with 15 or more can purchase group tickets for $4 per ticket.
