Men's Golf Ranked No. 12 in Golf World Top-25 Poll

TUCSON, Ariz. – - The Arizona men's golf team is ranked No. 12 nationally in the most recent poll released by Golf World magazine.

The Wildcats slipped two spots after two spring competitions. UA finished eighth at the PING-Arizona Intercollegiate on Jan. 30 and finished fourth at the John Burns Intercollegiate Feb. 23. Arizona carded its lowest team score of the season at the John Burns Intercollegiate with a three-round total of 845 (-19). Included in the effort was a second-round 279 (-9), the Cats' lowest singe round this season.

Arizona, which has been nationally ranked in each poll this season, finished the fall portion of the schedule ranked No. 10 in Golf World's College Golf Coaches poll.

The Wildcats will next be in action April 6-8 at the U.S. Collegiate Championships in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
