New Mexico placed third with a 9-over-par 861, San Diego State was fourth at 870, while Stanford and UCLA tied for fifth at 875.

He entered the final round with a two shot lead and carded an even-par 71 this afternoon to increase his winning margin to four shots. By finishing first, Barnes became the first Arizona men's golfer to win a tournament since Rory Sabbatini won the 1997 Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate.
