Arizona Men's Tennis Four-Match Winning Streak Snapped

TUCSON, Ariz. -Arizona's four match winning streak was snapped today when they were defeated by No. 19 USC. The Trojans won the match 2-5. The Trojans are now 8-4, and the Cats fall to 7-4.

UA's doubles team of Alex Aybar and Brian Jackson defeated USC's Parker Collins and Andrew Park 9-7at the No.3 position.

The Wildcats earned wins in singles play. Junior Alex Aybar defeated Patrick Gottesleben 6-2, 6-4 at the No.1 spot. While at the No.6 spot Caleb Marquardt beat Parker Collins 6-2, 7-5.

The Wildcats return to action tomorrow when they play host to No. 2 UCLA, noon, at the LaNelle Robson Tennis Center.
