TUCSON, Ariz. (September 7) -- Arizona wide receiver Dennis Northcutt was named Pacific-10 Conference offensive Player of the Week for his 10-catch, 257-yard performance in the Wildcats' 35-31 victory at Texas Christian Sunday, Sept. 5.

Northcutt scored on touchdown receptions of 38, 59 and 30 yards, including the latter with 2:10 remaining for the game-winning score.

The 10 receptions and 257 yards were both career highs and the yardage tied him for sixth on the all-time Pac-10 single-game receiving list. He also had 44 yards on kick returns and ran a reverse for 13 more to give him 314 all-purpose yards.

One more reception and Northcutt breaks former UA star Theopolis "T" Bell's Arizona career receiving record with 154.

Northcutt is tied for seventh nationally with 9 receptions per game, is fifth with 171.5 receiving yards per game and is No. 6 in the nation with 215.5 all-purpose yards per game.
