Arizona Remains in 3rd Place After Day Two of NCAA Fall Preview

SUNRIVER, ORE. The University of Arizona women's golf team remains in third place after the second day of play at the NCAA Fall Preview shooting a two-day team total of 20-over-par, 596. Duke holds the lead scoring a two-day total of 587, 11-over-par, at the Crosswater Golf Club (Par 72, 6502 yards).

Senior Jenna Daniels fell two spots to be tied for third place posting a two-day total of one-over-par, 145 (70 -75), while sophomore Cristina Baena holds her spot at eleven with a five-over-par, 149 (74 - 75). Freshman Julia Krascniwski jumped 24 spots to be tied for 17th scoring a 150, six-over-par (78 - 72). Senior Jill Gomric jumped five spots to 27th place shooting a 152, eight-over-par (77 - 75). Junior Christina Monteiro fell to 58th place scoring a 13-over-par, 157 (78 - 79).

Arizona State's Amie Lehman moved up three spots to be tied for first place with Duke's Miriam Nagl both posting a 145, two-under-par.

The last day of play is tomorrow with a 9:20 a.m. tee time for Arizona.
