TUCSON, Ariz. - The Arizona women's golf team maintained its spot at No. 1 for the 12th consecutive week in the latest MasterCard Collegiate Golf Rankings released today. The 1999-2000 Wildcats won the NCAA West Regionals held in Tempe, marking the seventh consecutive tournament win for Arizona this season.
Individually, two Arizona golfers are ranked in the top-10. Senior Jenna Daniels fell one spot this week and is now ranked second, while sophomore Cristina Baena is No. 10. Senior Jill Gomric is No.11, junior Christina Monteiro jumped 10 spots to No. 23 and freshman Julia Kraschinski moves 13 spots to No. 29.
