TUCSON, Ariz. - The 60th-ranked University of Arizona Men's tennis team fell to third-ranked UCLA, 6-1, Friday at the LaNelle Robson Tennis Center.

In singles play, freshman Whi Kim defeated No. 47 Erfan Djahangiri at the No. 4 spot, 6-4, 2-6, 6-2, for his third consecutive win this season. At the second spot, Tobias Clemens clinched the match for the Bruins by defeating sophomore Tom Lloyd, 6-3, 6-2.

UCLA swept the Cats in doubles play. The duo of junior Steven Capriati and Kim fell to 45th-ranked Jean-Noel Grinda and Jean-Julian Rojer, 8-5.

The Wildcats play tomorrow at noon against No. 13 USC at the LaNelle Robson Tennis Center.
