TUCSON, Ariz.Junior middle blocker Marisa DaLee and sophomore setter Dana Burkholder have been named to the 1999 All-Pac-10 volleyball team. The Cats join Stanford and UCLA as the only teams with multiple representatives on the 12-player squad.

The honor is DaLee's second in a row, joining Terry Lauchner (1988-89) and Barb Bell (1993, 95-96) as the only UA players to be named All-Pac-10 more than once. Arizona players have earned 10 All-Pac-10 honors under head coach David Rubio and 13 overall. This marks the third straight season in which the Cats have had two players named to the all-conference squad.

DaLee, a 6-foot-3 native of Phoenix, is third in the Pac-10 in blocks (1.25 per game) and fourth in hitting percentage (.366). She holds Arizona's career hitting percentage mark at .372, 72 points ahead of the previous record holder.

Burkholder, a 5-8 Bakersfield, Calif., native is on pace to break Arizona's single-season record for assists per game. She is averaging 13.01 assists, good for third in the conference and nearly half an assist better than the current mark (12.53).

Outside hitter Lisa Rutledge earned first-team All-Pac-10 Freshman honors as well as honorable mention All-Pac-10 accolades. Middle blocker Stefani Saragosa was named honorable mention All-Pac-10 Freshman.
