2004-05 Season: Posted six first team All-American honors at the NCAA Championships by finishing third in the 100 backstroke (53.33), fourth in the 50 freestyle (22.38) and fifth in the 100 freestyle (48.77)... Also at the NCAAs, swam the first leg of the second-place 200 free relay,  swam the first leg of the third-place 400 free relay and anchored the third-place 200 medley relay... At the 2005 Pac-10 Championships, contributed to two of the four conference titles for Arizona by swimming the first leg of the 200 free relay, who set a new Pac-10 meet record with a time of 1:30.07, and swam the third leg of the 400 free relay... Also swam the first leg of the second-place 200 medley relay, finished third in the 100 freestyle (22.77), took fourth-place in the 100 backstroke, anchored the second-place 400 medley relay and finished third in the 100 freestyle (49.56)... Against ASU, won the 100 backstroke (55.60), took second in the 50 freestyle and swam the first leg of the first-place 200 medley relay... Finished third in both the 100 backstroke and the 50 freestyle against Texas and SMU... Against Stanford, won the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.71, placed second in the 200 backstroke (2:00.37) and swam the first leg of the second-place 400 medley relay... Won the 50 freestyle against Cal (23.47) and finished second in the 200 backstroke (1:59.74)... Also, swam the first leg of the first-place 400 medley relay...Against Northwestern and Washington, won the 50 freestyle (23.21) and 100 freestyle (50.96) as well as the 200 backstroke (2:00.20)... Also swam the first leg of the first-place 200 medley relay... Won the 50 freestyle (23.56) as well as the 200 freestyle against Oregon State... At the 2004 Texas Invitational, contributed to at least three NCAA automatic qualifying times by winning the 50 freestyle (22.52), placing second in the 100 backstroke (53.75), swimming the first leg of the first-place 200 free relay and swimming the second leg of the first-place 400 free relay...Finished first in the 100 backstroke against UCLA and took second-place in the 100 freestyle... Won both the 100 backstroke and the 50 freestyle against USC and placed second in the 200 backstroke... Against Wisconsin, won two events including the 50 freestyle (23.56) and the 100 backstroke (55.12).

 

2003-04 Season: First Team All-American in the 200 medley relay, 100 backstroke and 400 free relay... Honorable Mention Academic All-Pac-10...At the 2004 NCAA Championships, finished sixth in the 100-meter backstroke (1:00.44), swam the second leg of the ninth-place 200-meter free relay. Also part of the fourth place 200-meter medley relay... Swam the second leg of the second-place 200 medley relay team at 2004 Pac-10 Championships (1:31.39). Placed fifth in the 50 freestyle, and tallied seven NCAA consideration times... Part of the winning 200-meter medley relay team against  Arizona State (1:54.68) and also against Texas (1:33.87)...Posted two first-place victories at Stanford in the 100 backstroke (55.67), and in the 200 backstroke (1:59.27)... Posted two first place victories at Stanford in the 100 and 200 backstroke...

 

2002-03 Season:  Earned All-America honors as part of the 800 free relay team that finished sixth at 2003 NCAA Championships... Also received honorable mention All-America laurels in the 200 backstroke, 200 free relay and 400 free relay... Finished 15th in 200 backstroke at NCAAs... Finished third in the 100 backstroke (54.67) at 2003 Pac-10 Championships... Also part of Pac-10 runner-up 800 free relay team and 200 medley relay that was third... Against Northern Arizona, won the 100 backstroke (56.05) and the 200 IM (2:08.92)... Registered five NCAA “B” consideration times at the 2002 Texas Invitational in the 200 backstroke, 100 freestyle, 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke... Mary Roby Academic Achievement Award winner...

 

National & International Competition ?- 2002:  Member of Canadian Commonwealth Games team... 2001:  Competed in 2001 European World Cup in Germany, Sweden and France... 2000:  Canadian national champion in the 50 free... Competed in 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney... 1999: Pan-Pacific Games participant...

 

Prep: Graduated from Silverthorne High School in Etobicoke, Ontario, Can.... Victor Davis Award recipient... Swam for Etobicoke (Ont.) Swim Club... Club team was Junior National champion...
