TUCSON - After defeating two ITA Top-50 ranked teams, the Arizona Wildcat women's tennis team jumped 15 spots in the rankings this week. Going into last weekend's matches in Boise, Idaho, the Cats were ranked No. 41. After a 5-2 victory over Boise State and a 4-3 win over Saint Mary's, the Wildcats (10-2) are now ranked No. 26.

Also jumping into the singles rankings is junior Natasha Marks. In preseason rankings, Marks earned the No. 63 slot but fell out of the rankings in the fall season. The Nottingham, England native now ranks No. 99 nationally in singles.

Marks has also made her way into the doubles rankings with partner Sarah Landsman. The junior duo has amassed a 10-1 record at the No. 1 position so far this season, earning them the No. 67 national ranking.

The No. 26 Wildcats will be back in action in Tucson this weekend as they host the Oregon Ducks and No. 71 Washington State.
