ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. ?C The Arizona womenˇ?s golf team is currently in seventh place at the Margaret Branch NCAA Preview, following two rounds of play. The Wildcats carded an even 292 on Tuesday to bring their total score to 590 (+6) after 36 holes.

Duke continues to lead the tournament after carding a six-under 286 in the second round. The Blue Devils have a total score of 573 (-11), to lead Southern California by six strokes.

Dewi Claire Schreefel of Southern Cal leads the field individually with a score of 137 (-9) after two rounds of play.

For the Wildcats, senior Alison Walshe moved into third place after shooting a four-under 69 on Tuesday. The Westford, Mass., product is only two strokes from the lead with a total score of 139 (-7).

Junior Adriana Zwanck is tied for 22nd place with a total score of 147 (+1).

Senior Mary Jacobs and freshman Alejandra Llaneza are currently tied for 51st place with scores of 152 (+6).

Junior Amanda Wilson is tied for 85th place after carding an 82 (+9) in the second round.

Competing as an individual for the Wildcats is junior Brooke Schneider, who is currently in 91st place.

The final round of the tournament is set to begin tomorrow morning, with a final round tee time of 7:30am MDT.
