Arizona This Year: Von Liechtenstein has been a solid reserve or spot starter for Arizona and will battle for time in right field and at first base in her senior year... Gives coaches a lineup option as a lefty slapper with a career .360 batting average.


2005: Began the season 1-14 (.071), before finishing 18-57 (.315) ... Ignited two rallies by going two-for-three in a 4-3 win over Stanford to clinch a share of the Pac-10 title on May 14 ... Scored game-winning run in a walk-off Senior Day win over Washington on May 8 while pinch-running for Jen Martinez ... Went two-for-three with a run scored in an April 23 win over Arizona State ... Had her first multi-hit game of the season in a win over Birmingham Southern on Feb. 25 ...


2004: Started 26 games for Arizona, including three NCAA playoff games... Hit .384, scoring 19 runs on 28 hits in 73 at-bats... Drove in eight runs and had an on-base percentage of .444... Speedy on the bases, went 11-for-15 in stolen bases... Played in 12 Pac-10 games, posting a .333 average...Filled in for Autumn Champion during the regional playoffs, where she put up a .333 average in three games, getting four hits in 12 at-bats... Had a putout and a 1.000 fielding percentage.


2003:  Played in 46 games for the Cats... Hit .391 with 18 hits and three RBI in 46 at-bats... Scored 13 runs on the season and knocked one out of the park versus Columbia on March 7... Stole five bases in six attempts with an on-base percentage of .491... Had a 1.000 fielding percentage in the outfield in both the regular season and the NCAA tournament... Hit well versus Washington on May 10, with three hits in three at-bats, and a walk.


2002:  Played in 47 games, with 37 starts in the outfield... Finished the season third on the team with a .321 batting average... Recorded just one error in the field for a .944 fielding percentage... Had an on-base percentage of .415... Second on the team with seven stolen bases in nine attempts... Had a five-game hitting streak early in the season... Hit .308 leading off and .383with runners on base... Advanced runners 27 times in 53 oppoertunities.


High School:  Redland East Valley High School, Highland, Calif., 2001... First-team All Citrus Belt League for four years... First-team All-San Bernadino County and Defensive MVP for four years ... Won the student-athlete award all four years.
