LOUISVILLE, Ky. ?- The No. 18 Arizona volleyball team rallied from an early deficit to defeat Tennessee Tech 3-1 (25-30, 30-24, 30-25, 30-22) in the Courtyard by Marriott Airport East Classic this afternoon. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 4-0 on the season.

After hitting just .056 in the first game, Arizona combined for a .218 hitting percentage on the match, compared to the .107 of the Golden Eagles. The Wildcats were, however, out-blocked 10-7. Arizona also had 11 service errors and just two service aces.

“We didn’t play very well, but fortunately we pulled out the win,” Head Coach David Rubio said. “We will have to play much better tomorrow.”

Junior Dominique Lamb and freshman Whitney Dosty tallied 15 kills apiece to lead Arizona. Junior Amy Dyck and sophomore Brooke Buringrud added 14 kills each. They also had 17 and 11 digs, respectively. Senior Stephanie Butkus finished with 52 assists and 11 digs on the match, for the 14th double-double of her career. Meanwhile, sophomore libero Brittany Leonard posted a match-high 20 digs.
