HONOLULU, Hawaii - Arizona women’s tennis has three players competing in finals matches today, Nov. 12. Tina Razloznik made it the singles final in the “B” flight by defeating San Diego State’s Esther Cadua in straight straights, 6-4, 6-2. In the semifinals she faced fellow teammate Camelia Todorova. Razloznik won the match 6-3, 6-1.
Kasia Jakowlew and Jessie Rochefort will compete in the doubles final after defeating Tetyana Bula and Julia Ustyuzhanina from Brigham Young ?- Hawaii, 8-4. Fellow Arizona pair, Stephanie Balzert and Juliette Mavroleon were knocked in the semifinals.
Balzert and Mavroleon were also competing in the singles “A” flight bracket. Both fell in close quarterfinals matches.
Play will conclude today, Nov. 12, at the UH Tennis Complex.
