GUADALAJARA, Mexico ?- The Arizona women’s golf team carded a 307 (+19) in round two of the Guadalajara Invitational and currently is in seventh place.

“We started out great today, but just couldn’t maintain our focus all the way through,” head coach Greg Allen said.

Individually for the Wildcats freshman Lauren Espinosa shot a 74 (+2), but fell only one spot on the leader board and currently is tied for third.

“Lauren has been great for us,” Allen said.  “She had a real good day yesterday and continued to play well today.”

Arizona junior Cassandra Kirkland shot a 76 (+4), one more than in the first round and currently is tied for 23rd place.
