TUCSON - Iraina Ogas' grand slam -- her second homer of the inning -- capped a seven-run rally to lead New Mexico past Virginia, 11-2, in the late game of the Worth Arizona Invitational softball tournament.

New Mexico scored three runs in the second on a leadoff home run by Elena Cranmer and a two-run single by Kelly Glass. The Cavaliers had an RBI double by Jenn Wynn and a run-scoring single by Sara Larquier to pull within one run, 3-2, in the top of the fourth.

Iraina Ogas led off the UNM fifth with a line-drive home run to right field to extend the lead to 4-2, to start the big rally finished by Ogas' second blast, which ended the game on the eight-run rule.
