The Pacific Life Pac-12 Basketball Tournament heads to Los Angeles for the fourth-straight year. The first two rounds of the tournament will be played at Galen Center on the campus of USC. The women's teams then move to Staples Center to join the men's tournament for the semifinals and championship games.
Stanford is the five-time reigning champion, winning the title eight times overall. ASU won the tournament crown in the inaugural season in 2002 and UCLA upset the Cardinal in 2006 to win the championship.
With the additions of Colorado and Utah, the tournament has expanded to 11 games. First- and second-round games are set for noon, 2:15 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7 and Thursday, March. 8. First- and second-round contests will be streamed live on YouTube.com.
Semifinal action takes place at Staples Center on Friday, March 9, with tip-off scheduled for 12 noon and approximately 2:30 p.m. The action continues with the champion being determined on Saturday, March 10. Tip-off is at 11:30 a.m. PT. All games at Staples Center will be nationally televised on Fox Sports Net.
