M. <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Huntsman</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Center</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">The 5-4 junior represented Arizona in Flight 1 on floor, tallying a mark of 9.825 to place tied for 13th out of 18 competitors in the event. Morgan Dennis of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Alabama</st1:State></st1:place> claimed the NCAA floor title with a score of 9.9625.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">&ldquo;It was a good set for her,&rdquo; head coach Bill Ryden said of Wurm&rsquo;s floor routine. &ldquo;She was a little off on landings and at this level there is not any room for even the tiniest mistakes. This competition was full of amazing performances and I think Karin represented herself extremely well.&rdquo;<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">On Thursday night in Session 2 of preliminary competition, Wurm shared third-place honors on floor with a score of 9.850 to earn a berth in the event finals. Her mark also earned her recognition as a first team All-American on floor. Additionally, she garnered second team All-American status as an all-arounder.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Her performances on Thursday <SPAN style="COLOR: black">helped her become the program&rsquo;s first All-American all-arounder since Randi Liljenquist in 2000 and previously Heidi Hornbeek ? the program&rsquo;s most accomplished gymnast and a six-time All-American ? who earned the accolade in 1999 along with honors on bars and beam. The Wildcats<SPAN style="COLOR: black">&rsquo; score of 196.025 was the highest of any non-advancing team from each of the regionals.
