TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Arizona women’s soccer team will welcome the nation’s 31st-ranked incoming class according to Soccer Buzz. This is the second consecutive year that the class of incoming Wildcats has been in the top 35 and its fourth straight time in the top 70.

The class also ranks 11th in the West region. Included in this class are two players ranked in the top 75 nationally: Karina Camacho and Kristin Griffin.

Arizona’s recruiting success has translated to wins on the soccer field. Since head coach Dan Tobias joined the program, the team has won a Pac-10 Championship and a berth in the Sweet 16.  Tobias' recruiting classes have helped to form the foundation for the program’s success as the three best seasons in the program’s history are the last three seasons.

The Wildcats will again face a difficult Pac-10 as four teams have recruiting classes ranked in the top 25, including UCLA at No. 1. California (No. 5), Washington (No. 17) and USC (No. 18) are also in the top 25.
