WHAT'S HAPPENING: The University of Arizona women's basketball team (18-7 overall, 8-5 Pac-10) is looking to stay on the winning track this week as it takes on 23rd-ranked Arizona State. The Cats and the Sun Devils will face off on Saturday, Feb. 24, at 4 p.m. in the McKale Center. The contest will be broadcast live in the Phoenix area on Cox Communications and in Tucson on the WB (channel 58).

THE SERIES vs. ARIZONA STATE: The Sun Devils have a close 32-26 lead in the series with Arizona, including a 67-57 win over the Wildcats in Tempe earlier this season. Prior to that loss to ASU, Arizona had won 14 in a row over the Sun Devils.

The Wildcats have not lost to Arizona State at home since a close 73-72 loss to the Sun Devils on Jan. 23, 1993. Arizona is 12-15 all-time when playing Arizona State in Tucson.
