Junior (2005-06):  Ranked 10th on the squad with a 74.30 stroke average ... Played in 20 rounds this season, but only three were at par or better ... Had a low round of 70 in 2005-06 ... Tied for 43rd place with a 72-70-74=216 (+6) at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic on April 10-11 ... Shot a 10-over 226 to tie for 67th place at the National Invitational Tournament on March 26-28 ... Collected his first career top-10 finish with a tie for seventh at the Anteater Invitational, Feb. 27-28, with a 71-75=146 (+6) ... Tied for 37th place at the Pala Mesa Invitational with an 11-over 227 ... Tied for 66th at the PING-Arizona Intercollegiate with a 14-over 227 total ... Went 0-2-0 in two matches, Nov. 11-13, at the Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship ... His eight-over 224 tied for 48th at the Herb Wimberley Intercollegiate on Oct. 31-Nov. 1 ... Sophomore (2004-05):  Ranked 10th on the squad with a 74.26 stroke average ... Fifth on the team with 27 rounds played ... Seven of those 27  rounds were at par or better ... Struggled with a 75.22 stroke average over his last nine rounds played ... Registered only one round in the 60s this season ... His final-round scoring average (75.00) is 1.11 strokes higher than his scoring average over the first two rounds (73.89) ... Tied for 63rd place at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic, April 11-12,  with an 11-over 221 ... Closed with an even-par 72, his only round at par or better in his last nine played, en route to a seven-over 222 and a tie for 60th, March 27-29, at the National Invitational Tournament ... Tied for 30th at the Anteater Invitational, March 14-15, with an 18-over 234 tally ... Carded a career-low 73-70-70=213 (-3), Feb. 23-25, at the John A. Burns Intercollegiate where he tied for 28th place ... Tallied a second-round 69, his season-low, en route to a 71-69-77=217 (+4), Jan. 31-Feb. 1, at the PING-Arizona Intercollegiate to tie for 29th place ... Recorded a 72-73-76=221 (+8), Nov. 22-23, at the Western Refining College All-America Golf Classic to finish tied for 22nd place ... Won his only match at the Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship, a 1-up win over Clemson’s Stephen Poole on Nov. 15 ... Collected his lone top-20 finish this season with a tie for 20th place, Nov. 4-5, at the Del Walker Intercollegiate after carding a seven-over 220 ... Tied for 66th place at The Preview by Ping and Golfweek, Sept. 26-27, with a 23-over 233 tally ... Opened the season by shooting 75-76-72=223 (+7) to tie for 32nd at the Topy Cup in Japan.

 

Freshman (2003-04):   An honorable mention PING/GCAA All-America selection ... A midyear enrollee who joined the team for the spring semester ... Ranked fifth on the squad with a 73.28 stroke average ... His 73.28 stroke average was the fourth-best freshman stroke average in school history ... Eight of his 25  rounds to date have been at par or better ... Since earning a spot in the regular lineup, Lamb helped UA win the Pac-10 championship and place third at the NCAA West Regional and NCAA Championships as 10 of his 11 rounds counted toward the team total ... A pleasant surprise at the NCAA Championships in which he tied for 24th place (second-best finish on the team) after shooting a 72-69-73-73=287 (+7) ... Carded a 74-78-77=229 (+13) to tie for 77th place at the NCAA West Regional ... Shot a 76-76-76-74=302 (+14/T28) April 28 at the 2004 Pac-10 Championships where his final round effort was a key in helping the Wildcats earn the come-from-behind victory ... Carded rounds of 70, 73 and 71 to finish at two-under 214 and tie for 34th at the ASU Thunderbird Invitational ... Equaled his best placing of the season with a tie for 16th place March 30 at the National Invitational Tournament with a 71-74-72=217 (+1) total ... Shot a nine-over 225 to tie for 41st place at the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate on March 9 ... DQ in the second round of the John Burns Intercollegiate, but posted rounds of 72 and 75 otherwise ... Made his collegiate debut on Feb. 2 at the PING-Arizona Intercollegiate and shot 71-72-68=211 (-2) to tie for 16th place.

 

High School:  Attended Knox Academy in Haddington, Scotland ... Graduated in June 2002 ... Played golf for coach John Sandilands ... Was team captain from 1998-2002 ... Helped team to three high school championships ... Won two East Lothian (conference) championships ... Recorded the lowest handicap in school history ... Led wire-to-wire in winning the 2002 Scottish Boys’ Open championship with a 67-72-66-70=275 (-5), July 23-25, at Peterhead Golf Course.
