Arizona Head Coach Sean Miller

"For us as a team, the one thing that hurt us the most was turnovers. We had ten in the first half, and when you're playing with three guards and two forwards, you really can't afford to turn the ball over. To our credit, we played the second half with only five turnovers. I like the way we rallied back, and I'm very glad we took the last shot that we did."

"Washington deserves a lot of credit. They're a fantastic offensive rebounding team, they're the best in the conference, and they played like that tonight. Their seventeen second chance shots are very difficult to overcome. We had a very difficult time shooting around the basket, mostly credit to Aziz N'Diaye. Tony Wroten and Terrence Ross also made big plays and big shots for Washington, and C.J. Wilcox came back after missing the last few weeks and scored fifteen points. Washington's individual players made plays, rebounded, and forced turnovers in order to get the win."

"The other part that hurt us the most was the loss of Kevin Parrom. I don't know what his future is, but I should know soon. The ten minutes he played in the first half, I thought he was the best on the field. This is exactly his time of game, and he's been playing exceptionally well the last three games. We sorely missed him."

"I think I knew how the game was going to turn out in the first four minutes of the game. They had the most points, and the most offensive rebounds. We rallied, and led at half, but they did the exact same thing to us in the second half of the game. The first four minutes of the game and the first four minutes of the second half really dictated today's result."

"Solomon Hill's performance really brought us back in the end. He gave us the opportunity to get the win by how he played in the entire second half, and especially in the last ten minutes. He was nine of ten from the field, eight of nine from the line, grabbed eleven rebounds, and had a career high twenty-eight points in thirty-seven minutes. It was definitely his best game at Arizona, and it's only disappointing that we couldn't get a win to go with it."
