TUCSON--The University of Arizona is one of four host sites selected for national television for this weekend's Super Regional playoff action in the NCAA Softball Championships.

Tickets are on sale at the McKale Center ticket office. Two-day reserved-seat tickets cost $20 for adults or $15 for seniors and youth, with general admission for all sessions at $10 and $6. Single-session tickets, if available, are $10 and $8 for reserved seats, and $5 and $3 for general admission (outfield) seats.

UA's games against Region 14 winner Oklahoma will be televised on ESPN2 Friday, and ESPN Saturday. Game times are 4:30 p.m. Friday, and 2 p.m Saturday. Should a third game in the best-of-three series be required, it will start at 6 p.m. on Saturday. All times are Tucson time, three hours behind EDT.

The Wildcats beat Lehigh 12-0, and Oklahoma State twice, 3-0 and 2-1, to win the NCAA Region 3 title at Hillenbrand Stadium Friday through Sunday, and was selected as a Super Regional host by the NCAA after Sunday's eight-inning victory, ended by a one-out walk-off home run by Jackie Coburn.

ESPN or its networks will show the Tucson games, games pitting Georgia vs. UCLA in Los Angeles, and games between Bethune-Cookman and Texas in Austin. CSTV will show the Washington at Michigan Super Regional in Ann Arbor. All games will be broadcast live.

The Tucson games will be announced for ESPN with Pam Ward on play by play and former UCLA Bruin and multiple Olympics gold medalist Lisa Fernandez doing the color commentary. Ward later will announce all day games at the WCWS, while Beth Mowins will announce night games, and Fernandez will join another Team USA/UCLA star, Stacey Nuveman, splitting the color chores at the Series.

ESPN and ESPN2 will broadcast all games of the Women's College World Series June 2-8 in Oklahoma City. The winners of eight Super Regionals make it to the World Series.

Arizona -- as all host teams -- will be the home team for Game 1 of the Super Regional and the visiting team for Game 2. If a third game is necessary there will be a coin flip.
