Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Appreciation Day

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m.

Wildcat Walk: 5:30 p.m.

Gates open: 6:00 p.m.

There has been a buzz in Tucson (and with the national media) all week regarding the Wildcats 59-38 win over Oklahoma State. All summer Coach Rodriguez has been saying how much fans will be entertained by the team's style of play. If you like offense, you've come to the right place! Arizona currently ranks 9th in the nation in total offense. If you didn't watch the game last week, check out the video below and see what you missed. Single-game tickets are still available for Saturday's game. Fans can purchase online right now by clicking here or purchase in-person at the box office.  Remember, new for 2012, the box office for all home football games will be at the McKale Center Ticket Office. The McKale Center Ticket Office opens five hours prior to every home game kick off (2:30 p.m. this Saturday). All Arizona Stadium box office operations will be out of the McKale Center Ticket Office, including will call.

Red and Blue Mini-Plans have been adjusted for the rest of the 2012 season. Three-game mini-plans are now available. The Blue Mini-Plan includes this Saturday's game against South Carolina State, plus tickets to the Washington and #2 USC games. The Tucson weather forecast for tomorrow is absolutely perfect. The high will reach 89 around 5pm. The low during game time will be 75. The skies will be clear and there will be a slight breeze coming out of the east. Perfect weather for an Arizona football game! 


Due to the construction around campus and specifically Arizona Stadium, please plan on arriving at least one hour earlier than normal. We want to make sure you're inside the stadium and in your seat when the team takes the field. WILDCAT WALK - 5:30 p.m.
Make sure to get to Cherry and University for the Wildcat Walk and help welcome Coach Rodriguez and the Wildcats as they walk to Arizona Stadium! The team will arrive at approximately 5:30 p.m. Plan to arrive by 5:15 p.m. to grab your spot on the Wildcat Walk.  The Wildcat Walk will occur two hours prior to every home game.

This Saturday will mark the debut of a next customer service texting program at Arizona Stadium. If you are having an issue while inside the stadium, please text "CATS" to 69050. The in-game e-mail service, will also continue to be available. 

At each home game there are sound technicians who roam the stadium to monitor the levels and make adjustments. If you are having an issue in your area, please e-mail or text "CATS" to 69050 with your comment and location. We will deploy at sound technician to check it out.  


Attention season ticket holders: have tickets to the game but can't go? Don't let your tickets go to waste. Log into "My Account Manager" and electronically transfer your tickets to a friend. Click here to log in and select "Ticket Transfer." The ticket exchange program is only available to football season ticket holders.

Sun Tran provides shuttle service to Arizona Stadium. Shuttles will depart from Hi Corbett Field starting two hours prior to every home game kick off (5:30 p.m. this Saturday) and will run continuously until kick off. The drop off location is on 6th street, steps away from Arizona Stadium. The shuttle service will offer return service to Hi Corbett Field for approximately 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game. The pick-up location for return shuttle service will be the same as the drop off location.

There is no fee to park at Hi Corbett Field. Round-trip full-fare will be $3, while round-trip half fares will be $1.50 for seniors 65 or older, persons with disabilities, and Medicare cardholders. Kids 5 and under can ride for free.

PLEASE NOTE: Sun Tran will be in operation with one less bus this season, so wait times might be longer than normal. Please plan accordingly.

In partnership with Bon Voyage Travel, Arizona Athletics provides bus transportation from Phoenix to Arizona Stadium and back. There are three locations throughout the Valley where fans can get on the "Cat Cruiser." Space is limited, but there are still spots available for this week's game. For more information call 1-800-439-7963 or visit

Tailgate lots will open at 1:30 p.m. this Saturday. Please click here to visit our tailgating page for a complete list of tailgating rules and regulations. Vehicles must wait until 1:30 p.m. before arriving campus to line up for tailgating. Overnight parking is not permitted by the University of Arizona. UA Police will be enforcing this policy tonight.

Due to the Lowell-Stevens Football Facility construction, the Game Day Grill has been moved to a new location for the 2012 season. The Game Day Grill will be located on the Eddie Lynch Pavilion, which is just north of the Jim Click Hall of Champions. The Game Day Grill opens three hours prior to every home game kick off (4:30 p.m. this Saturday).

In addition to the Game Day Grill being relocated, the Coca-Cola Fan Fiesta has also been relocated for the 2012 season. The Coca-Cola Fan Fiesta is located on the UA Mall, just west of Cherry for all 2012 home football games with the exception of the Homecoming game vs. Colorado on November 10. The Coca-Cola Fan Fiesta opens 4 hours prior to every home game kick off (3:30 p.m. this Saturday) and features live entertainment, food vendors, interactive displays and a fun zone for the kids. This week the Arizona volleyball team will be on hand signing posters and posing for pictures. Stop by and meet your Wildcats!

Arizona Athletics is excited to honor our friends at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base at Saturday's game. Over a thousand base personnel and their families will be in attendance. The DM-50 and select base personnel will be honor at the game in a pregame and halftime ceremony. Arizona Athletics and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base have enjoyed a strong partnership for years. This Saturday is a celebration of that partnership! 

One lucky fans is going to have the chance to fulfill a dream and catch a touchdown pass at Arizona Stadium in front of thousands of fans. It's the "A-Club Red to Blue Touchdown Toss" and it will be during the 3rd/4th quarter break. Arizona football letterwinner and current Arizona Cardinal, Ricky Elmore will throw a 40 yard pass to a lucky fan. If he/she catches the pass for a touchdown they'll win a prize pack.
