For a second consecutive season, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType> of <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Arizona</st1:PlaceName></st1:place> women&rsquo;s gymnasts Karin Wurm and Rachelle Silberg have been named to the Pacific 10 All-Academic teams, Commissioner Tom Hansen announced on Tuesday. </SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Wurm, a junior marketing major, boasts a 3.82 grade point average and was named to the Pac-10 All-Academic First team for a second straight season. A native of <st1:City w:st="on">Landenberg</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">Pa.</st1:State>, Wurm has helped lead <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Arizona</st1:place></st1:State> to its current No. 15 national ranking, having competed as in all-arounder in all but one meet this season. She ranks No. 21 individually in the all-around with a Regional Qualifying Score of 39.295, and checks in at No. 9 in the country on the uneven parallel bars with an RQS of 9.900.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Silberg, also a junior marketing major, has accumulated a 3.71 GPA, and was named the Pac-10 All-Academic Second Team after earning honorable mention recognition in 2006. A native of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Calgary</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">Alberta</st1:State></st1:place>, Silberg has been a mainstay in the Wildcats vault lineup, having competed in all but one meet this season.
