CAMP OBJECTIVE: The Dan Tobias Soccer Camps (DTSC) are designed to teach basic to advanced soccer skills and tactics to players in developing the complete soccer players.? The daily training sessions are both challenging and fun creating a perfect environment for individual development and a continued love of the game!

CAMP DESCRIPTION: All sessions are held at Murphey Stadium at Mulcahy Stadium.?

DAY CAMPS
Sessions for this age group are open to both male and female soccer players.? The sessions will consist of training geared toward individual development of basic skills and fundamentals.? Topics to be covered include:
? Ball Skills
? Passing and receiving
? Dribbling
? Finishing
? 1 v 1 defending and attacking tactics

All sessions will be conducted over a two hour and 15 minute period with small to full-sided game at the end of every session.?

Typical Daily Schedule?
??7:45-8:15 AM??Warm-up (water break)
??8:15-8:45 AM??Skill Session I (water break)
??8:45-9:15 AM??Skill Session II (water break)
??9:15-9:45 AM??Games (water break)
??9:45-10:00 AM??Cool Down

SPECIAL FEATURES: All Day Camp participants will receive a camp T-shirt and ball.? Players will also receive an individual evaluation at the conclusion of the camp.?

COLLEGE I.D. CAMPS

Sessions for this age group are open to female players only.? The training sessions will focus on basic to advanced skill development in all areas of soccer with an emphasis on the following:
? Ball Skills
? 1 v 1 and small group defending and attacking tactics
? Passing and receiving
? Finishing
? Soccer specific speed, agility and strength work

All sessions will be conducted over two and a half hours with a small to full-sided game at the end of each session.? These training sessions have LIMITED ENROLLMENT and are based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Typical Daily Schedule (Session III and IV):

??6:45-7:00 PM??Skill Work
??7:00-7:45 PM??Technical/Tactical Session?
??7:45-8:30 PM??Games (Small & Full Sided)

SPECIAL FEATURES: All College I.D. Camps participants will receive soccer specific training for speed, agility and strength conditioning by a professional strength and condition coach.? All participants will receive a camp T-shirt, ball and individual evaluation at the conclusion of the camp.

OVER NIGHT OPTION: DTSC will be offering an overnight option for those players who will be traveling to Tucson for the College I.D. Camp.? The overnight option will include:

? 3 nights hotel stay at the Four Points by Sheraton a discounted rate
? 3 additional 1-hour morning technical sessions

Hotel payment is the responsibility of the camp attendees.? No meals will be provided.? The Four Points by Sheraton is located about 1.5 miles from the training site.? Transportation to and from training is not provided by the camp and therefore is the responsibility of the player.

The additional training sessions will take place Tuesday-Thursday from 9:00-10:00 AM at Murphey Field.? The groups will have a 1:5 coach-to-player ratio and the focus will be strictly technical.?

There will be an additional fee of $45 per player for this option.

COACHING STAFF: The coaches at the Dan Tobias Soccer Camps are some of the finest and most experience available, all of whom have a vast knowledge of the game and experience working with youth players.? Our coaches include staff and team members from the University of Arizona Womenˇ?s Soccer Team along with other college coaches, Olympic Development coaches, and former University of Arizona players.? All of our coaches are excellent teachers and role models for young soccer players.
