TUCSON, Ariz. ?- Arizona men’s tennis players Roger Matalonga and Daniel Andrus have both received preseason rankings from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).   Matalonga is ranked No. 30 individually, while Matalonga and Andrus received a doubles ranking of No. 31.

The Wildcats begin their fall season Sept. 16 in Tuscaloosa, Ala., at the Crimson Tide Invitational. Arizona returns seven players from last year, and brings in two newcomers to fill out the nine man roster.

Individually, the Wildcats will be led by their two seniors Matalonga and Andrus. Matalonga is looking to continue the success he built in the spring paired with graduated teammate Colin O'Grady in doubles, when they ended the season in the NCAA tournament after falling to No. 2 KC Corkery and Sam Warburg of Stanford. They finished the season ranked at No. 15.
