The finish was good enough to send the Wildcats to their 20th NCAA Championships since 1982. <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Arizona</st1:place></st1:State> has won four regionals and finished in the top-10 thirteen times in 15 appearances dating back to 1993. Now, the team will look to the trio of Walshe, Zwanck, and Jacobs to carry the Cats on to a strong showing at the NCAA national championships, with their sights set on the title.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P> <P><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">The National Championship:<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN></B><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">At last year NCAA national championships, the Wildcats finished 17<SUP>th</SUP> among 24 participating teams.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Arizona</st1:place></st1:State> has won two national titles since 1981, with the most recent title coming in 2000.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The Wildcats have finished in the top-15 twenty times since 1981, including nine top-5 finishes.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Under Allen, the Wildcats have made six tournament appearances in seven years.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P> <P><B><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Coach Allen Tee&rsquo;s Off: </SPAN></B><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">&ldquo;</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Under the circumstance, and the golf course set up, I thought the team's final<BR>round performance at Regionals was our best of the year. As a coach, I couldn't ask for a team that has had better chemistry than we've had<BR>since day one. Through seven tournaments in the spring, the Wildcats have continued their streak by adding seven more top 10 finishes to their record, five of which were top-5 finishes at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge, the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational, the BYU Dixie Classic, the Pac-10 Conference Championships, and the NCAA Central Regional.
