LOS ANGELES - The No. 20 University of Arizona volleyball team fell in straights sets Friday evening to No. 6 USC at the Galen Center. Set scores: 25-14, 25-9, 25-21.


Whitney Dosty served as UA's only bright spot on the night, tallying 16 kills while hitting .195. 


Candace Nicholson led the Cats in digs with 11 while Tiffany Owens had nine digs additionally.  Owens, the Wildcats' leader in kills, managed only three kills on the night while attempting 21 swings. 


The 3-0 sweep is UA's second time being swept on the season.  The Cats fell 3-0 to No. 1 Stanford back in September.


As a team, Arizona hit just .010 compared to .365 by the Women of Troy.


Tomorrow, the Cats look to get back into its winning ways against No. 10 UCLA.  Match time is set for 8 p.m. MST at the Wooden Center.
