Prep: Four-year letterwinner for swimming, and was team captain for the 2005-06 season... Was a four-time Female Swimmer of the Year under Coach Bob Jenkyns... Was the 2005-06 Waukesha Freeman Top Female Athlete... Recipient of the 2006 Sports Advocates of Wisconsin Award of Excellence... Swam her way to 16 state titles, never losing a race during her high school tenure including the 200 IM (four times), the 100 back (three times) and the 100 free... Was a 20-time All-American... Holds school and state records in the 200 IM, 100 back, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay... Graduated with honors, was an NISCA Academic All-American and received WISCA Academic All-State honors.

 

National/ International Competition: 2005 ?- Won the 200 IM and 50-yard back (25.7) at Junior Nationals... 2003 ?- Was 15th in the 100-meter back at Senior Nationals (1:04.7).

 

Personal: Born Andrea Kathryn Boritzke on Nov. 3, 1987 in Wisconsin... Daughter of Tom and Lisa Boritzke and has three younger sisters, Heather, Amy and Kimberly... Interests include: watching movies, hanging out with her friends and sleeping... Major is physiology.
