Volleyball Remains Seventh In Weekly Poll

TUCSON, Ariz.- The Arizona volleyball team held its spot at seventh in the latest version of the USA Today/AVCA Coaches Poll. The Wildcats recently completed a three match week undefeated, downing California, 3-1, last Monday, Washington State, 3-0, on Friday and Washington, 3-2, on Saturday.

In fact, there were no changes in the top 10 of the poll. Long Beach State remains the team to beat this season with a perfect 13-0 record and the top spot in the poll. Defending national champions, Nebraska, is second, while Pac-10 foes USC, Stanford and UCLA remain third through fifth, respectively.
