TUCSON, Ariz. ?- Tee times were announced for the 106th United States Open Championship, which begins Thursday, June 15, at Winged Foot Golf Club’s West Course in Mamaroneck, N.Y.


The University of Arizona men’s golf program once again will be well represented, as five former Wildcats have qualified for the 156-man field:  David Berganio, Jim Furyk, Chris Nallen, Ted Purdy and Rory Sabatini.  No fewer than 11 former Arizona golfers have participated in the U.S. Open in the past two seasons.


Here are the listed tee times for the golfers with University of Arizona ties:

Winged Foot’s West Course is a par-72, 6,956-yard layout.  The course has hosted the U.S. Open four previous times with the last coming in 1984.
