TUCSON, Ariz. - Sophomore guard Reiko Thomas earned recognition for her scholastic achievements by being named an honorable mention selection to the Pac-10 All-Academic Team.
Thomas, who is a communications major with aspirations of becoming a sports broadcaster, averaged 7.2 points and 3.7 rebounds per game while starting 11 of the final 12 games of the season. She recorded a career-high 11 rebounds on February 4 against Washington State after handing out a personal best 7 assists against Alabama A&M on December 29.
