Dec. 1, 2003

On Wednesday, December 10, 2003 Arizona Women's Basketball Assistant Coach Shimmy Gray will conduct an adult "Chalk Talk" session for fans and supporters. The clinic will run from 6:00 - 8:00PM and is $15 per person.

Coach Gray will break down the basics of the game, teaching participants the ins and outs of the game of basketball. The knowledge she will provide will educate even the most basketball savvy, while giving supporters a closer view of the Arizona Women's Basketball program. "My main goal is for fans to learn to think like a coach and player." says Coach Gray.

During the evening, the participants will receive dinner while viewing an official practice, and then receive an exclusive tour of McKale Memorial Center; including the Eddie Lynch Pavilion, Jim Click Hall of Champions and the newly refurbished Women's Basketball locker room. Coach Gray will then begin the seminar with a short presentation, instructional meeting, and question and answer session. Not only is this a great opportunity to enhance your knowledge of basketball, but it a wonderful way to get to know Coach Gray, one of the newest members of the Arizona Coaching staff.

For more information or to register, please contact Katie Brown at 621-1034. The clinic is limited to the first 40 registered, so sign up fast to secure a spot.
