Arizona Men?s Tennis Players Earn All-American Honors

Tucson, Ariz. ?- Arizona men’s tennis players, senior Colin O’Grady and Roger Matalonga, earned All-American honors today, as determined by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.


The pair earned All-American honors after advancing to the quarterfinals last Saturday at the NCAA Championships. O’Grady and Matalonga went on to fall to the No. 2 pair of Sam Warburg and KC Corkery of Stanford 6-3, 7-6(5).


The match marked the final match in a four year career of O’Grady. O’Grady finishes out his career at Arizona, compiling an 60-55 record on the singles court, in addition to a 61-47 record in doubles, primarily with his current partner Matalonga.
