TUCSON, Ariz.- In the latest version of the NCAA volleyball statistics, Arizona's Marisa DaLee regained the top spot among all Division I players in hitting percentage. The fifth-year senior jumped up two spots from last week's third with an impressive hitting display against Stanford and California that earned the Phoenix, Ariz., native Pac-10 Player of the Week honors. Hitting .458 for season, the Wildcat middle blocker now leads Alabama A&M's De'Anna Hines and Colorado State's Angela Knopf, who share second at .444.

Junior setter Dana Burkholder also improved individually, moving up one spot to sixth in assists (14.46 apg).

As a team, the Cats remain almost exactly where they were a week ago, second in team kills (18.82 kpg), third in hitting percentage (.326) and fourth in team assists (16.76 apg). The only movement in UA's team statistics was a slip from fifth in team blocks to 10th this week.
