TUCSON, Ariz.- Junior Brian Anderson, who recently signed a contract to play professionally in the Chicago White Sox organization, garnered his second All-America recognition of the postseason when Baseball America named the former Wildcat to its second team on Thursday.

Anderson, who was taken 15th overall by the White Sox in the Major League draft, helped lead Arizona to the postseason for the first time in four seasons with an outstanding year. The three-year starter posted career-high numbers in 2003 in hits (85), doubles (12), triples (9), home runs (14), RBIs (62) and stolen bases (17).

Anderson was named second-team by USA Today earlier this postseason.
