TUCSON - A three-run triple by Caroline Sins keyed a four-run rally in the bottom of the fifth to help lead the Dutch National Team to a come-from-behind 13-5 exhibition victory over New Mexico State.

The Netherlands took a 1-0 lead in the first after Lynn Geertman drew a walk, was sacrificed to second and scored on an error by NMSU shortstop Jasmine Flores.

New Mexico State scored for the first time in three games, putting four runs on the board in the top of the second inning, including an RBI double by Amanda Carver, a two-run home run by Sarah Stansberry and a run-scoring single by Berna Carillo.

The Hollanders had an RBI double by Marjan Smit in the third to cut the lead to 4-2, then after a wild pitch moved Smit to third, Caroline Sins hit an infield single to make it 4-3. NMSU's Breana Bohls hit a two-out solo homer in the fifth to make it 5-3, but that lead didn't last an inning. The Netherlands blew the game open with six runs in the sixth to end the game on the mercy rule
