"This was an outstanding match for Arizona," said head coach Vicky Maes, "We were rather flat at 2 and 3 doubles and it cost us the early point. But the girls pulled themselves together and we were able to come back and get the wins needed to clinch the match. Overall, the weekend was a big success. We played two good teams on the road and came away victorious. Now we get to come home and prepare for our Pac-10 matches against Oregon and Washington State. We are in good spirits and look forward to playing in front of our fans."

The Wildcats improve to 10-2 going into Pac-10 play. Next weekend, the Cats return home to host the Oregon Ducks on Fri., March 4, at 1:30 p.m. On Sat., March 5, the Wildcats will host the Washington State Cougers at 12 p.m. Both matches will be held at LaNelle Robson Tennis Center, in Tucson, Ariz.
