LAS VEGAS (AP) - Derrick Williams scored 22 points and Solomon Hill added 20 to lead Arizona past Santa Clara 82-59 in the third round of the Las Vegas Invitational on Friday night.

Kevin Parrom and Jamelle Horne each added 12 points for Arizona (5-0), which faces No. 6 Kansas in the championship game on Saturday night.

Marc Trasolini led the Broncos (4-2) with 19 points and five rebounds. Kevin Foster added 13 points for Santa Clara, which plays Ohio on Saturday.

Williams was 3-of-3 from 3-point range and 9-of-10 from the free-throw line. Hill was 5-of-6 from the field and 10-of-12 from the free-throw line.

After Santa Clara scored the game's first four points, the Wildcats answered with the next seven and eventually led 34-28 at halftime. Arizona never let the second-half advantage get below four points and led by 26 with 3:14 left.
