The Chicago Bears won in dramatic fashion yesterday to move to 4-5 on the year. In overtime the Bears sacked Titans quarterback Bill Volek for a safety, winning the game for the Bears 19-17. Former Wildcat greats Lance Briggs (LB) and Bobby Wade (WR) played crucial roles in the vicory. Wade was used on reverses gaining a total of 21 yards on 3 carries and led the team in catches with 4 receptions for 63 yards. While on the defensive side of the ball weak side linebacker Lance Briggs led the team in tackles with 12 while knocking down 2 passes. Briggs leads the Bears in tackles with 57, 45 of those tackles are solo. Wade has 25 receptions for 318 yards on the year, while rushing 10 times for 64 yards. Quietly the two former Wildcat stars are making a name for themselves in Chicago. If you happen to catch a Bears game on TV be on the lookout for these two standouts to be making crucial plays.

Lance Briggs is playing outstanding in only his second year in the NFL
