TUCSON, Ariz. ?- Arizona head coach Mike Stoops announced today that all Saturday scrimmage games this spring will be open to the general public. The Wildcats are scheduled to scrimmage on April 3, April 9 and April 16 at 9:15 a.m. at Arizona Stadium. The weekday practices will remain closed.

“We’ve got a lot of work to do this spring,” said Stoops. “We’ll take care of business during the week, but we wanted to give our fans a chance to come out to the stadium and share in some of the excitement of the spring schedule. We’re opening the scrimmages on Saturday to give them that opportunity. We encourage everyone to come out and see the hard work all of the players have put in since last November.”

Arizona will open its second spring season under Stoops on Monday, March 28. The annual spring game is scheduled for Saturday, April 23 at 1:30 p.m. at Arizona Stadium.
